Typically, the pigs enjoy a non-GMO grain and seed mix, grown right here in the Willamette Valley. Since their long snouts are perfect for foraging, you’ll often find them rooting around for acorns and hazelnuts in the woods on our farm. Sometimes, they’ll even be munching on vegetable seconds from the market garden.
All that extra exercise combined with such a varied diet creates flavorful, rich, and well-marbled meat.
