Homemade pigs in a blanket are the perfect last-minute appetizer - elevated using Source Farms pork. Perfect for littles and bigs alike!

Ingredients
Pigs in a Blanket
- 8 Source Farms Frankfurters (Source Farms pork made with Olympia Provisions recipe!)
- 1-2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp water
- Sesame seeds
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp mayo
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice your Source Farms frankfurters into two inch slices. Each frankfurter should make about 4 pieces.
- Slice the puff pastry into roughly 1 ½” x 3” pieces. Carefully wrap each piece around each frankfurter piece and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk together the egg and water until combined. Brush the egg wash over each prepared frankfurter wrapped in puff pastry, then sprinkle sesame seeds over each one.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the puff pastry is cooked through and golden brown.
- While the pigs in a blanket bake, whisk together all of the dipping sauce ingredients until combined.
- Serve hot with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
