Learn about growing regeneratively, discover which tomato varieties shine for different uses, and then roll up your sleeves to make your own jar of rich tomato passata (the very same sauce used in our restaurant). Along the way, enjoy farm-fresh bruschetta, fun tips, and plenty of flavor to take home.
