These Hasselback Kielbasa Bites are made with smoked sausage cut in a Hasselback style and coated in a homemade maple mustard aioli. They're perfect party appetizers!
Ingredients
Keilbassa Bites
- 8 Source Farms Beef Keilbasa Links
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Maple Mustard Aioli
- ½ cup mayo
- 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 ½ tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the kielbasa links into 2 inch pieces. Carefully cut a few slits into each piece without cutting through the bottom of the link.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and dijon.
- Toss the hasselback kielbasa pieces into the mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bites are warmed through and have begun to crisp. Begin checking at the 15 minute mark to make sure the bites don’t dry out.
- While the bites bake, whisk together all of the aioli ingredients until smooth.
- Serve the kielbasa bites with the aioli and enjoy!
