What in the Wagyu? Wagyu is renowned for tenderness, marbling, and rich flavor.

Each box includes 4-6 different cuts of grass-fed, vegetable-finished American Wagyu in collaboration with our new partner farm, Pat N Tams. This wagyu comes from cattle grazing on pasture and enjoying a diet of hay and vegetable screenings - no hormones or antibiotics ever.
