Our Halibut is sourced from Orca Bay Foods. It is line caught, IQF (individual quick freezing) at sea. Halibut is a luxury fish and is prized for its delicate flavor and texture. It has low saturated fat and mercury content, which makes it an exceedingly healthy choice.
