This burger is the perfect representation of the Pacific Northwest, featuring local beef, marionberries, and award winning blue cheese. Sweet caramelized onions, salty, rich blue cheese, grass-fed beef, bold spice rubs, and raspberry marionberry fruit spread... what could be better? It brings a beautiful balance and punch of flavor to an already delicious classic.
