This burger is the perfect representation of the Pacific Northwest, featuring local beef, marionberries, and award winning blue cheese. Sweet caramelized onions, salty, rich blue cheese, grass-fed beef, bold spice rubs, and raspberry marionberry fruit spread... what could be better? It brings a beautiful balance and punch of flavor to an already delicious classic.

Ingredients
- 1lb. Source Farms Ground Beef or Beef Patties
- 2 Tbsp. T. Leigh’s Somethin’ For Rubbin’
- 3 Tbsp. Mt Hope Farms Raspberry Marionberry Fruit Spread
- 3 oz. Rogue Creamery Blue Cheese
- 3 Burger buns
- Mayo
- Caramelized onions
- Arugula
Directions
- Form the beef into ⅓ lb patties if using ground beef. Season the patties on each side with B.T. Leigh’s spice rub.
- Preheat the grill to 400 degrees and grill for about 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
- To assemble the burger, spread mayo onto the bottom of the bun and layer a generous handful of arugula.
- Layer the hamburger patty on top of the arugula, followed by a spread of Mt. Hope Farms fruit spread, caramelized onions, and blue cheese crumbles.
- Serve with fries and a Good Wolf Probiotic Soda over ice!
